Safety blocks These safety devices, which are essential to preserve the accumulator from phenomena of over-pressure, are provided of a valve of maximum pressure settled in the factory at different values and of a discharge valve which is available in manual and electric version or manual only.
KLV5 Series “KLV5” electronic pressure switches permit the regulation of one or two operating points with adjustable hysteresis. Simple and intuitive in the programming, the new series is equipped by frontal display for setting and control of the working pressure. The instrument can be ordered preset by factory.
TMS6 Series The “TMS6” series directly control the electric motor torque limiting their absorption of excessive energy during the start-up, with significant benefits also for the duration of batteries when is installed on mobile applications. The instrument also encloses a timed program that reverses the rotation of the engine.
TDK6 Differential pressure transducer TDK6 sends an electrical signal proportional to the difference of value between two pressures. Two versions are available: the first execution has the M3 electric connector with output signal 4 – 20 mA; the second execution has the M12 connector with 4 – 20 mA output signal and 2 temporized signal alarms, set at 16 mA and 20 mA. The maximum allowable pressure is 420 bar and the differential pressures are available from 1 to 9 bar. All the parts on contact with the fluid are made of brass, or stainless steel on request.
